In this new, updated version we’ve added more relaxation programming, eliminated the old talking heads while retaining the look and feel of a premium cable channel. In addition we now give you total control over the amount of hours you purchase (or lease) and the type of content you want in the channel. You decide whether you want a narrator or music only. You decide whether you want special nighttime programming designed to help people fall asleep. You decide whether you want stress management training and/ or therapeutic humor.
